Here's a question: Why does Arkham Asylum have such faulty security when it holds some of the most dangerous super-villains known to man?

I mean really. How many times has the Joker escaped from there? Really, who do they hire as security guards? Monkeys? Blind people?

"Cartoon Network will be launching a sequel series to its hit action cartoon Ben 10, which will be entitled Ben 10: Hero Generation.

This new series will focus on a slightly older Ben and Gwen as they team up and mentor a group of children who have powers similar to Ben's. The age shift will introduce new, more mature issues, but the target demographic will be the same as the original Ben 10.

No premiere date was given, but Cartoon Network says it will premiere sometime before spring 2008.

The Signifigance of Gourds

The line of hanging hollow gourds chimes as the wind pushes past them. The air is immediately lit up with low pitches, high pitches and pitches-in-between. It is nature’s symphony, however unorganized it is.

The other pedestrians just walk by this, taking advantage of yet another remarkable thing. As for me…I stand and watch them. It’s funny, how they hit against each other-a light touch, yet still hard enough to make a sound. I smile a bit. They’re almost like a family. Biting hard once and awhile, but always knowing the limit-always resolving the conflict in the end.

Or, could the sound be caused by ghosts, trying to talk to us. After all, I imagine death would get awful quiet-not being able to talk to the spirit in the grave next to you. So why can’t they try talking to us?

Perhaps it isn’t the chattering spirits, though. What if it’s one of those superstitious warnings? Like walking under a ladder. If I continued to look at the singing gourds, would I get cursed with some-number-of-years of bad luck? I chuckle a bit at the thought.

The wind stops, as does the gourds’ song. I smile dreamily, still caught up in my thoughts. Shrugging, I left the gourds alone and continued my way down the street.

The breeze swept through once again. Behind me I could hear the gourds perform their symphony. And I smirked, wondering what exactly their significance was.

After all, everything is important in this little world. Even gourds.

Lion's Brood

'Kay. So, I'm thinking about making this webcomic called the Lion's Brood. I haven't worked out all the quirks yet, but I'm sure it's going to be about a crew on a ship (not a boat-ship). But, it's not like they go into space or anything. I don't know. I'm thinking about them using the ship for navigating tunnels that Earth is now made up of. Tunnels that run through the core, lead to underground cities, etc.

I also it's following a rouge government society called the Lion's Brood. The title is because the symbol of the government now is a lion's head in a little circle. Muha. I love it. Plus, I'm also sure about the characters. I'll list them below.

Captain James Gallagher- Orange-red hair, gunslinger, from what used to be Idaho, likes to play horseshoes and checkers

Rae- Cyborg, first mate (I love him :3)

So, tonight Naruto premieres on Cartoon Network. I'm bummed 'cause I won't be able to see it, probably. My dad's taking away the cable. Yeah...I'm really sad. Why? Well, my Neji-kun is going to be in CN's Naruto, and I wanna see if they messed him up. I don't think they will, I totally trust CN, but still.

Yeah, once my cable's gone I'll be left watching '4kids' every Saturday. And nothing else. I'm making my friend tape my shows though, since she has Tivo. I so have to make that up to her.

For those of you who don't know, Neji is my main husband. Yeah. Followed by Ed, so don't think you can still steal Ed when I'm not looking.

Also, no good movies came out this weekend, so I have nothing else to do. Quite frankly, I'm in a 'bleh' mood.

Fullmetal Alchemist And Cillian Murphy

M'kay. So, it's August twelveth and I have a new favorite actor, and a new manga obsession. Also, a new husband from the new manga obsession.

M'kay, let's start with the actor first, shall we? Name's Cillian Murphy. He was the Scarecrow in Batman Begins. Also, he was the lead actor in 28 Days Later. He's such a good villain. I luff him. And he looks so much like Superman, it's creepy. O.o Anywho, he's in that new movie Red Eye playing-of course-the bad guy. Tee Hee. I had advanced movie tickets to see it before it came out in theators, but I was busy so I gave them to me neighbor. They loved it.

As for the Manga, it's called Fullmetal Alchemist. And I luff it with all me heart. I actually just went out to by the first two volumes of the manga. So good. So good. Yes, Dahk. Even better than SGT. Frog. u.u Plus me Ed. He's the main character. So hot. Oh yes. He's meh new husband. My new short little husband.

M'kay, so my mom's mad at me, because meh bird bit a whole in her favorite lampshade. O.o I just noticed it a few minutes ago, and at first she was really mad, but she seems to have gotten over it. Which is good, I guess. I don't really like my mom being mad at me.

Anywho, I saw Fantastic Four yesterday with one of my friends. God, it is so bad. They don't get a bad guy until 10 minutes till the end. Yeah, that's all I have to say about that. Moving on...
